What is BioCare?
Located in Denver, BioCare Systems, Inc. designs, develops and markets new and innovative health-care devices that use deep-tissue light therapy to decrease pain and stiffness, accelerate healing and improve quality of life.
What is LumiWave™?
LumiWave™, from BioCare, is a deep-tissue, infrared-light therapy device designed to relieve and reduce minor pain or discomfort associated with muscles (including back pain caused by muscle tension), joints, arthritis, sprains and strains. LumiWave is FDA-cleared and, unlike common pain medication, has no known side effects.
What is deep-tissue light therapy??
Deep-tissue light therapy is based upon the proven science and therapeutic application of photo-biostimulation — using light to stimulate natural biological processes in the areas where it is applied.
How does LumiWave™ work?
LumiWave’s patented technology uses Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) to deliver therapeutic levels of infrared light directly through the skin and into the affected area to temporarily reduce pain and stiffness.
• Who can use LumiWave?
Virtually anyone who suffers from pain and stiffness associated with muscles, joints, arthritis, sprains and strains can use LumiWave to treat their symptoms. Parental supervision is recommended for use on children under the age of 12.
