Paulette Murphy, M.S. Research Consultant
Paulette Murphy serves as research consultant to BioCare Systems, Inc. She has more than 25 years of experience providing data and strategies for leaders of the health-care industry.
Ms. Murphy is the principal of Phaelixe, Inc., a research-based consulting firm that specializes in custom research projects, emerging medical technologies and start-ups. Phaelixe, Inc., has specific expertise in tissue engineering, cell therapy, telemedicine, medical implants, nanobiotechnology, orthopedics and urology.
Murphy has conducted major research for industry leaders, including Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Teledyne, Coors Biomedical Company, Bausch & Lomb, Thermoscan and Bristol-Myers. Her clients have included physician/hospital groups, medical manufacturing companies, pharmaceutical companies and venture capital firms. In addition, she has published several studies on implantable medical devices for the National Institutes of Health.
Murphy earned a B.S. in chemistry from University of Missouri at Kansas City and an M.S. in physiology and biophysics from Colorado State University.
